The functions and parameters of the two products are highly consistent. The only difference is the following 3 points

The differences between the two products

Charging Speed: The SMOK Novo Master Box Pod Kit takes the lead here. It supports faster charging with a 1.4A Type-C charger, while the SMOK Novo Master Pod System Kit charges at a rate of 0.85A Type-C. So, the Box Pod Kit can juice up a bit quicker.

Weight and Size: The SMOK Novo Master Box Pod Kit is a tad heavier, with options weighing 79g (Leather Series) and 81.3g (Regular Series). On the flip side, the SMOK Novo Master Pod System Kit is lighter, clocking in at 64g. Additionally, the Box Pod Kit is more compact in size.

Package Content: SMOK Novo Master Box Pod Kit has an extra lanyard for a vape necklace, which frees you from your hands and pockets. While the pen kit comes with no lanyards, other items are the same

Performance and Vapor Production

The parameters of the two products are the same, so there is no difference in experience. These kits do a great job when it comes to performance and generating steam. It’s easy to use and lets you choose between two modes: “30w Boost Mode” for a richer flavor and “Standard Mode” for a milder flavor, depending on your preference.

To get the RDL vape, I installed a sub-ohm cartridge and filled it with nickel salt vape juice before vaping. The e-cigarette experience met my expectations. When setting the SMOK Novo Master Pod System Kit to max 30 watts, I experienced more throat hit, lots of cloud, and a pleasant flavor. This is the perfect choice for those who love RDL vaping. Standard mode, on the other hand, can be considered a lower power mode, which gave me medium smoking performance. Newbies can try it out.

Easy to use kit

These two products are very simple to use, here is the usage guide

Power Mode: Double-click the power button to switch power modes. Select “Enhanced Mode” for a richer flavor, or “Standard Mode” for a milder flavor.

Battery Indicator: While smoking, the LED indicator changes color to correspond to real-time battery level:
Red: Battery power < 30%
Blue: 30% < battery power < 70%
Green: Battery charge > 70%

Fill e-cigarette oil:
Remove the Pod from the device.
Remove the top cap to open the filler port.
Carefully replace the top cap to close the filler port.
Insert the nozzle of the e-liquid filling container into the filling port.
Install the container back into the device.

Tip: After filling the cartridge, do not inhale immediately. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the cotton to saturate.

Battery life and charging

Both the SMOK Novo Master Box Pod Kit and the SMOK Novo Master Pod System Kit feature a 1000mAh integrated battery, ensuring you have plenty of battery life for extended smoking sessions. However, the two kits have slightly different charging speeds.

The SMOK Novo Master Box Pod Kit comes with a 1.4A Type-C charger, which means it charges relatively quickly. The SMOK Novo Master Pod system kit, on the other hand, uses a 0.85A Type-C charger, which is slightly slower in comparison. Nonetheless, both kits offer convenient and efficient charging, ensuring your vape is ready to go in no time.
