I have been using the GTX GO 80 for over a year now. I have two batteries that I switch from so that I always have one charged and as far as changing the coil, this is the easiest of all the vapes that I have had over the years. There is two types of GTX coils so you MUST get the coils labeled ‘Triple Silicone Protection’ or they WILL leak if not. I have considered changing to another vape several times for one single reason but let me first point out the pros of this that have kept me from switching to another…
PROS:
1)The reasonable price of the device itself, the coils and the pods.
2)The above mentioned ease of changing the coils.
3)The ease of use… no setting as this device auto adjust wattage to the coil you use.
4)The 3000mAh battery (for the GO 80).
5)I’m not a ‘cloud chaser’ but the cloud is nice and the flavor with a new coil is amazing.
Now for the one and only CON that I have with this device… the ONLY reason that I have considered changing to another vape.
CON) THE COIL LIFE SUCKS! I use the 0.3 ohm mesh coils and I have to replace coils with every 60ml bottle of juice and even then I start to get a burnt taste before the bottle is completely empty but I manage to make it stretch. Granted, I am a heavy vaper and I will go through a 60ml bottle of juice every 2-3 days, therefore replacing a coil every 2-3 days. This is a major issue with me because I know Vaporesso can do so much better, for example, their GT CORE coils… those coils are great. It was the coil in the Sky Solo Plus… GREAT coil… but absolutely terrible device when it came to changing the coil it was a pain in the butt. That GT coil would sometime last up to 3 weeks. Three weeks vs. 3 days using the same brand (Twist) and flavors of juice… come on Vaporesso, what’s up with that? BTW, I get my juice, tanks, and coils from VAPORDNA, that’s the place that I have found that is trusted and has the best prices on stuff too.
